NEW Seacoast Interfaith Hospitality Network Criminal Background Check Policy ALL volunteers (including those who have been serving IHN for some time) are now required to complete a background check to guarantee the safety of all children in the network, all guests and all volunteers. All volunteers are also asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a volunteer information sheet so that we can create a centralized database of volunteers, hereby making the job of our coordinators easier.
REDUCED FEE Criminal Background Check Since IHN is a not-for-profit organization, you, as an IHN volunteer, qualify for reduced fee background checks by filling out the Reduced Fee Request Form. |

Complete this form and include it with your request. This will allow us to only pay $7.50, instead of $15.00 for the records check. |

Criminal Records Release Authorization Form Fill out both sections 1 and 2, and have the signature notarized. |
